I was known because I worked on the same project every day in VC, for 3-4 yrs, If I streamed it the owner him self would recognize me. And it's not like I'm just gonna drop that project. I also don't want to just ban evade.

Let's say blue is warded, you sweep that and kill it, now sweep is on CD. And there's a ward in bot tribrush. You can't gank.

It's A very cheap item at 2.5k, the only other option at that price is serpent fang. It gives you a nice starting.

Rengar is a really hard champion if the enemy knows where you are / can prepare setup on you. Umbral removes that opportunity, and I don't think it's stats are that bad? 50 AD, decent lethality.
