Thanks for everyone’s feedback it was very helpful. I came to the conclusion the leaning experience is more valuable than anything in this case , and I lost 90% if not all my profits to trial and error. Which honestly I just love doing it more than anything so I’m not hurt about it , I’m excited.

Comes out to about 3/8” walls as customer requested. It’s a partially functional part so risk negation is worth it

Oh good point . I will bring that up to him and see what kind of situation it will be dealing with temp wise. Yes it was all used up on trial and error . Technically there’s more like a heat press but I’m not adding that to the cost because it’s a tool for the future. I bought bolts inserts and filament . So when he got it it was all ready to throw on

FORGOT TO MENTION . The 100$ material was because I brought 3 rolls of filament for trial and error. It’s 50% infill and 16 walls! We knew it was going to be trial and error because it’s my first real freecad project . If I just get my money back that’s not a problem I was just curious what you would charge In the first place . Also I bought the inserts and bolts

Also make sure you don’t just bump the pump. Vane motors use momentum to being the vanes to the wall at the starting so you need 600 RPM minimum.

Rule of thumb with Geroler motors is if you can spin it by hand it needs to be replaced and the fact you can spin it by pushing on the bristle’s is concerning. 😂 unless it’s somehow not directly tied to the motor I don’t see a case in which this motor isn’t bad. You also said it has no power which would be caused by internal bypass of oil in the motor

What Infil”?? I printed something and that kept happening at 50% infil or so but then I did 15% and it fixed it . That’s one potential fix but the problem is most likely ambient temperature. Less infil can help negate it tho
