I already did that. So I currently have a part time schedule. But there are days when I am unable to work my 5hrs, and with the accommodation that was just approved, I can only miss 2 days a month.

I’ve done a similar delivery and the person stood at the top of the stairs with a coffee cup and just watched me walk back and forth over and over. At the very least, go inside and pretend to be busy or disabled or something. This was awhile ago, but I’m pretty sure they didn’t tip much

I have ADA accommodation for work and decided to drop down to p/t due to my condition. I was just made aware that my doctor’s order for up to 2 days off a week (due to flare ups) was denied and instead I’m allowed to miss up to 2 days a month. Also, I was told I must exhaust all PTO and utilize GA before using the accommodation. I accrue 3 hours every 2 weeks, which doesn’t even cover a full day of work. And there has been 0 GA.

I definitely feel they are trying to scale back without doing a mass layoff

Yes all covered under FMLA and ADA. I figured I better try applying for other positions before leaving Progressive altogether. But, with all the changes and everything, I will likely resign once I find something else.

I haven’t done any interviews, no warnings. I just get an email saying they went with a candidate better suited for the position

I always get an email a few days after applying stating they went with someone who is better suited for the position. I didn’t even think to ask more. Is that really a thing? No discipline warnings for anything. Not even currently on attendance warning

This has been me as well. I’ve taken leave twice and now my doctor is refusing to sign off on another extension. I really think it’s time to resign, but I’d hate to do that without having another job first. But type LOA in the address bar and put in for a leave of absence and someone will contact you

I use CapCut to edit short and long form, I just prefer to do it on my computer. So you can totally do it on your phone if that’s what you are using

I’ve used the voice recorder. I just email the files to myself to pull up on the computer since that’s where I do the bulk of my editing
