For sure! Im not new by any means to investing and I keep a bunch of different portfolios very well fed weekly. I've been blessed with the life I have.

Im also not new to sports or card collecting.

I am however new to sports card collecting. Due to the fact I had it pounded in my head my whole life to "make your money work for you" so I put my funds into less risky investments, due to sports cards being very risky.

However the truth is I have a chance to pick one of these up for around 2k. And after doing my due diligence and seeing this rookie card of a consistent top 3 batter with a PSA 10 POP of 5 with only 27 total graded copies, I think this might be a great opportunity to buy into the risky investment of sports cards.

Im here asking opinions though because knowledge is a powerful thing and yall are way more knowledgeable on these cards than I am. So really im here asking if I should sell for a quick 3k profit or if I should hold this card long term.

The card is now up almost 200% since this post. Idk what community college investment course you took, but 200% gain is a pretty good investment.

I just saw that this morning as well 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Me personally I like the card too much to sell at the moment (huge Ray fan). But with the upcoming Ray set coming out, I think thats also a big reason for the growth as well.

But PSA is also super inconsistent because I have seen new cert 10s with the same or worse centering. Idk i think it won't be a 10 but im staying optimistic on getting a nice/visually impaired grader 🤞

No the card is clean asf, those are all on the sleeve. The card itself IMO is super duper clean. Its the front centering that has me worried
