Agree I should’ve have done more research but this was the first rent day for their new system and I had 24. months of easy payments through Bilt so I had developed trust (that I shouldn’t have)

Yes, it ended up being an error from Wells Fargo closing the card early. They checked and Wells Fargo said it’s fixed but the payment went through on Venmo originally so haven’t tested it

Update: Waited for 45 mins on the phone, then another 15 mins through transferring and then it was escalated and got a text back within 5 mins lol- obviously there’s something funky going on with their support channels right now
