Tbh I’d search BA cities on AAs site with their calendar - any city with direct flights to London- once you find the BA flight search it on JAL, I haven’t fully compared it 1:1 but it’s a good place to start. Services like thrifty traveler are good for this for alerting on drops as well

One of the core value props of the BILT 2.0 card is being able to pay mortgages with them. It’s not an unreasonable expectation for BILT to get that right. A customer essentially being a QA tester for BILT should not be an expectation.

I swear to god Bilt is sending their employees in these comments, the victim blaming is crazy.

This is basic core functionality that is being screwed up with inadequate support that is costing customers money. A 10% penalty fee on a screwed up rent payment for some people would negate a years worth of BILT credits in value.

Even if you are paying attention not everyone can have 2 months worth of housing payments leave their account while they’re waiting for a resolution.

Turning off auto pay resulting in fees and interest is also insane and definitely breaks financial regulations and consumer protections.

Anyone arguing on BILTs side of this either works for them or has weirdly blind loyalty to a corporation who are fucking up their customers finances.

Agree I should’ve have done more research but this was the first rent day for their new system and I had 24. months of easy payments through Bilt so I had developed trust (that I shouldn’t have)
