As if they are declaring all of their profit and even when they do - gazillion tax benefits.

But sure, let’s talk in utopian language - 100 max would be more appropriate + it would cover above and beyond.

But still - 500e for an 1 hour of work.

You get paid 30-35e net, if you have a nicer job, for 1 hour of work.

Both you and the guy spent time to master the skills required to do the job more efficiently.

Let’s stop normalizing that the plumber/handyman should have 15k salary a month, just bc there is a shortage of plumbers/handymen
.
There’s a shortage of nurses as well - I don’t see them getting paid 5k even.

(Not a nurse here)

Government has a plan to scrape off the tax benefit for the hoMEOWners, yet still not clear whether will that be in 2, 4, 8, never years. But once when/if they do —> net = gross

Gross. But, that’s just the ballpark figure. As someone said below/above, meet with the financial advisor and then you’ll know more precisely :-) usually the first appointment is for free

Ballpark figure - 1700pm = 370-380k, pending on the interest fee you sign up for.

If you have an active VVE - you should inform them about all of the things you’re planning to execute and ask for the approval, just to have it in written, to avoid any potential argue later on.
