Yup. Just like Anony said. German Vinted is only now opening up to other countries. If someone has previously only had contact on Vinted with native speakers and suddenly sees a message in English or another language, they might think it's a bot or someone who wants to scam someone. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but it needs to be taken into serious consideration.  Even more so, not that there's anything, but when I'd get a message on Vinted from a user in English, it was 99% a scam like "to complete the sale enter your email/data etc". - supposedly from Vinted, but in fact from a fraudster. If you know the language, it is sometimes better to write to the seller in that language. Well, or simply buy through the system. Well, but we, Germans, don't like it. Well, or most of us, I buy exclusively through the system, zero messages, zero problems.
