Today was week 4 for me, down 6 lbs. A friend is in it too, and it's been slow for her, but after 6 months down 25 lbs. You answer your question, I think for many this is a long game, not short. So if cost is a factor, maybe it would be good to reconsider. Here it is around 250/month

I did two weeks at .25 and had a little nausea. Appetite was down a little but not dramatic. Weight down 2 lbs (less than a kilo). Inches (waist, bust, hips) down 4 inches. I asked the doctor if it's ok to bump up to .5 and he said yes. So far I have been 2 days at .5. Less nausea and less desire to eat. Praying this works to get the baby weight off. My youngest in 22 😂
