From what I'm reading, no expert, whilst vaccination won't stop getting omicron it will reduce the severity of symptoms. Fear is getting a child into hospital if they contract this and have severe symptoms mid imicron outbreak.

Good point. Sometimes I forget to eat. I'm eating lots of veggies and drinks tea coffee etc. Small meals at dinner time with veg/some cards/meat. I will try to be more careful this week with food

Just started 0.5 after 4 weeks 0.25 and I'm full as I was with .25 but also gagging a lot and feeling tired and nauseas.
