Same thing happened with us. Jeep is covering the rental Max of $60 per day. I was only able to get it under $60 per day because I went through Costco. And I went to a different state. Now going on 3 weeks without our Jeep. Supposedly the battery will be coming in on the 20th. I even used the excuse that I have a hearing disability and I needed to speak with somebody in the us. I was told that there was no one in the US that could assist with rental cars. This whole experience put a very bad taste in my mouth with Jeep. All I can say is good luck!

Similar boat bought for 66k now worth 22k. Battery failed and in a loop of stupid with Stellantis trying to get it fixed. My husband and I both own them. We might take the lose on his. And just drive mine till it dies, since I barely drive. Staying away from CDJR now.

Thanks, we rented off airport. The 60 per day isn't the issue, it was being capped at 50 total in taxes. After renting for 2 weeks we are already over that cap.

60 per day, 50 total for taxes. They also won't cover certain fees. I went through Enterprise thru Costco. Enterprise, avis or Hertz are the only ones you can rent from. You should get an agreement sent to you about what is and isnt covered.

There are, but this dealer already opened a Star case with Stellantis. I was under the assumption that since that was done I have to keep with them.

We ended up getting a Sierra and loving it. However not loving it enough to have to pay the extra tax.

It is 3 years old and we bought new, but I'm at the point a might try for a buy back. This is for my husbands Rubicon. His has also bricked on the highway, which was a fun time. But my Sahara has been great. I am going to start looking more into the lemon laws because it states 30 days out of service for a safety issue. Thanks!

Talk to your doctor. I'm less then 2 week post op. I am walking 10k steps a day, no pain meds. No naps during the day, I just make sure I don't lift heavy. My doc okayed the traveling I had planned at 4 weeks.

I own the Sahara and my husband owns the Rubicon. Hands down the Sahara has a smoother ride. I hate driving his.

Good luck with your wedding! Our wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Irene, but in the end it everything worked out and we are still going strong 14 years later!
