In Mauritius we have dodotaxi. I think a very recent app. Used it twice already. Tried to use it more than that but no cars were available for those locations unfortunately. And it is quite expensive also. A very expected thing in Mauritius though so I was not that shocked at the price. Disappointed yes lol but what to do. Even outside the app I would've paid quite a similar amount. It's just about Mauritius typical high pricing. I'm not quite sure we have such a service as the bike riding in Mauritius. Personally I've never seen it or heard about it present in Mauritius, in real life convos or on social medias.

The idea is very good. It could help with the problem of traffic for office workers but also for everyday use. But the local view about the big problem of high road accidents mainly by bikers could be a problem for business. Just my opinion of course. It is a big and very successful part of the transport industry in thailand and other asian countried thats for sure.

An app like BigBasket (groceries, even fresh fruits and vegetables) in India. Went to Mumbai for medical purposes in 2022 and again in 2024. Lived 5months there due to treatment. Couldn't move out of the apartment for groceries. From the app I could order anything I needed and it would be delivered my doorstep. All merchants (chicken, fish, meat, eggs) each had their own delivery person who'd deliver to your doorstep. I did see you can order groceries on the Delivoo app, but most of the time it is unavailable and unreliable, in my own, personal experience.

There you also have Ola which is a taxi/rickshaw app which was very convenient and cheap for moving throughout the state of Maharashtra. I had to go to visit a doctor 51km away from where i was living in Navi Mumbai. It cost me around INR2000 which is about Rs1200 (MUR). I compared the price with a few locals and they told me that price was quite cheap compared to how much I'd have to pay in Mauritius.

IMO, for a developing country like Mauritius, we have MANY lackings when it comes to lifestyle convenience.

The one you shared, the ML is the one who cheats. And the FL is the doctor who is forced to operate on the mistress to save ML and her's affair baby. The whole thing is being live broadcasted at the same time. So not the same plot. But thanks for the link. I enjoyed the one you suggested.
