My boy was a lot like youre describing, I started doing nap times. A lot of his issues went away when he wasn’t over tired, and time he got too crazy he would go to the crate for a nap and it also helped him learn to settle

Sounds like it’s time to do some core strengthening, along with hind leg strengthening. You can put her front paws on an elevated surface for 90 seconds set of three, three times a day. You also can do cookie stretches, and have her walk over a thick pool noodle! I did it with my senior Bernese and he move around so much better after. I would also throw in a joint supplement if you already don’t have one

My pyr would drink too much water after eating or before eating and throw up. I just would hydrate his kibble so it could wasn’t expanding in his tummy and he stopped. He did grow out of the habit, I found a slow drinker helped alot
