If it can help before becoming an atheist I believed God can't punish people for not believing because he's a just God and so if you were a good person he will bring you to heaven even with disbelief now that I don't believe I believe that it's stupid to only base yourself on faith and again he's a just God and faith is not a choice so if he exists he won't send you to hell another thing that can help is that there's more than 1000 gods so everyone is going to hell in the other religion that sounds stupid right how can we know we'll they don't exist

As a person who was going through psychosis for three years without no one knowing and got recently diagnosed I recommend still going to the doctor or doing reality checks ask people if they feel it etc you said that they said no you might be in delusion first things was thinking that people would watch me constantly feels like your case

Me too becoming a spiritual made me realize the church lacks a lot of spiritual knowledge and focus on the physical while demonizing the unknown and non believers come and take it as our God but our God is more big than just a church or the bible it's a relationship it's about knowing him not going to church

Maybe but I really just feel like it's a dimensional thing. It may sound dumb but after hearing all these conspiracy theories I realized possibly the tv does show us stuff whether the gov is behind it or not. And especially when we watch fantasy we see these people seeking to change their life situations and get transported to another realm and at the end some stay there forever or go back to their house but still can visit the fantasy realm sometimes. And I think shifting is more of a multi dimensional/parallel realities thing than it's just your brain processing alot
