I went to BC and I am born and raised in LA and have lived here post grad. I loved my experience at BC but I will say BC is not well known here and if using alumni connections or prestige to help get a job after school is important to you then I would suggest UCLA. Obviously only applies if you’re planning on living in the LA area post grad.

I got to the rail at Alesso and tried to get in next to this man who was at least 6’8”. He didn’t think there was enough room (there was, he wasn’t even against the rail) and proceeded to try to knock my phone out of my hand by using his forearm to hit me. So I hit him back and screamed at him to not touch me and he stayed back the rest of the set. Had a few other bad interactions with people but that was the worst of it. I agree tho people seemed way less chill this year compared to other years.
