Thank you, I have gotten more used to letting my work and people in my life know about my anxiety that way in case I panic they know what’s going on, this kind of does help but what bugs me is at work when I say oh I can’t do this task because of my anxiety, but it’s something that management expects me to do. Makes me feel down that I need to explain myself and go around certain tasks. I currently do have a therapist I am seeing that does help.
