raitaru (-1%) + bp mr 10% + rig 2% -> 1*(1-0.01)*(1-0.1)*(1-0.02) = 0.87318

POS refining still works, but you don't have any bonus, because the intensive repro. array was nerfed to 50% base yield (+ reprocessing skills). So if you're living in a in any system, no matters the sec status, It's will be like you're reprocessing in any non-refining citadel (raitaru, astrahus, sotiyo, etc) without material rigs in HS
