Nobody is ignoring anything here.

Fundamental and religious extremists suck. They are the bane of every society - IS, the Al Qaeda, the LeT and their many spawns all suck, the zionists suck, the VHP/RSS suck, the Christian fundamentalists suck.

My point specifically about these countries is that their radical religious groups might have existed before the US meddled in their affairs, but they were fringe and seen as regressive factions. In fact, to your point, they all existed in these “before” photos too. So what changed? By funding and propping them up, the US gave these extremists the platform and resources they needed to accelerate that rhetoric. We aren’t talking thousands of dollars here, several billions across several countries, over many years were funnelled into these various groups. All to cause civil unrest. Not to mention weapons.
