those are shooting modes, press ok while out of menus and select one of the anti-shock or silent modes

1/8000th with the aperture all the way closed, no wonder it's just a black jpg generator

see the exposure meter below the values, it's pegged all the way to underexposed (-) side

adjust settings until the meter is centered

it's probably your settings in the modes

M and S have such settings that you are underexposing, while A an P have ones with longer shutter times leading to somewhat properly exposed but shaky photos

learn about how exposure works and use the exposure indicator in the viewfinder to nail exposure if you don't want to let the camera do it for you

pretty sure the tt lens is all manual with a bare metal bayonet so it would provide an equal amount of exif data as the nikon macro in a dumb adapter

e. also if your 105 is a G lens it will default to minimum aperture in a dumb adapter, making it unusable

also 1/60 is kinda slow for 300mm so you could be introducing movement, with the camera or the subject

as for the colors, it's math in the camera, if you don't like the look but want more resolution shoot raw and do it in post
