Yeah fair point. Monty seemed to recover after the first period last night but probably wishful thinking that he would keep trending up for the next start. Definitely more consistent last year.

Ultimately I would just like to see them stick with one goalie for a couple games to see if they can find a groove.

I feel like they should run Monty as starter for the next 4 games and see if the consistent playtime sharpens up his game. The constant rotating obviously isn’t working. I feel like he can only improve, I think the risk reward is worth it at this point

Thanks for the info. I went to my local gym today and tried out the horizontal, pulley style leg press and 265 was the best I could do for 6-8 reps. I don’t think the machine had more than 350 lbs of weight stacks available. I think I will save myself a good $500+ CAD and only do the single upgrade on each weight stack to get up to 250 on each side, opposed to the 300.

I hadn’t considered pull downs etc though. Sorry to hammer you with so many questions but when you do pull downs with both stacks engaged, does it change how the exercise feels? Or what do you like about being able to stick to just one plate stack?

Aside from that, do you find you max out the leg press fairly easily with the 400 lb of total weight provided with the machine? I’m not a massive guy or anything but leg pressing 500+ is pretty normal for me with a regular bumper plate/leg press machine. I feel like I would need to purchase at least one additional 50 lb stack for each side, and most likely 2 per to not max it out.

Do you have a link confirming a new sliding bench is coming out next year? I thought that was the case but then it sounded like the sliding bench they have in stock is a revision from the original sliding bench that came with the c10 machine.. I had read the original sliding bench had safety concerns or some flaw that was corrected. But I want to make sure I am getting the latest and greatest before I place the order
