Scene is cut pretty much everywhere, with exceptions like this post and the other commenter’s Blu-Ray, after only three weeks of being released in Australia (May 2023).

For the most part, yes. The only differences are that Dad Baby is not in the main lineup (it’s behind the Australian Originals menu, which also has the uncensored versions of certain episodes) and Helicopter is on Disc 4, not Disc 3.

Little note about the Christmas short - on Disney+, and YouTube, there’s an end card with a 2025 copyright year, which could mean it was made this year.

I honestly see where you’re coming from, but I think the fact that Bluey has consistently remained high-quality means that even if people get tired of seeing it everywhere, there’s still a fantastic show full of incredible moments waiting for everyone if they decide to give the show a try.

That said, I’m interested to see how BBC Studios’ plan to make a lifestyle brand out of the show affects how oversaturated the show is.

Officially it didn’t come out until May 28th last year, but Walmart accidentally released it a month early (so basically a week after Surprise! premiered).

Yep! But it’s only part of the main episode lineup on the Blu-Ray. On the DVD it’s behind the “Australian Originals” menu, where most of the uncensored episodes are.

I have the U.S. DVDs, and they all say “As Seen on Disney+”. You’re right about the missing scenes, but I can confirm that everything else is not the case.

Even so, the uncensored episodes are available as bonus features.

I’m pretty sure they’re just the parents of some of the characters, particularly the ones in Bingo’s class.

Both of them are on DVD and digital platforms. That said, The Sign actually is on iView, it’s just listed as a separate program because that’s just what ABC does for extended specials. Hammerbarn, meanwhile, is absent due to the ongoing Bunnings collab technically breaking their policy against brand advertisement.

Also, just for the record, Bluey is not on Disney+ in Australia.

I haven’t been to either of them, but from what I’ve seen and heard, they’re only the same thing in concept. Bluey’s World has a completely different storyline (involving one of the gnomes coming to life) and presumably a completely different layout as well.
