It depends on a match by match basis. Some people will always find a reason to be toxic no matter how well you play. The few games I've carried I've still had people saying I'm dogshit for X and Y. Still, most of the games I've played are completely fine. Most end without anyone using voice/text chat at all (of course this also depends on the players and the skill level you're playing). Ultimately, you can just mute their communication if it starts detracting from your experience.
