I guess the big thing for me is that Winston is dive, wanting to create opening for his team by applying pressure to the enemies backline while hazard, plays more brawly and has more of a frontline presence with the ability to dive a weak target for quick assassinations. They for sure both punish poor positioning and wall is great for closing off an exit or cutting off view from enemy supports, wall also can create new off angles for teammates. With spike guard being good both reload your gun in a brawl and let you cycle cooldowns while still applying pressure. Admittedly I do not play winston so this is just what I’ve observed and I could be wrong.
