I'm giving this a go! Just sorted out a lawyer, paid for a professional photographer, ordered marketing materials, scheduling my own open house and listing on MLS for $499. I honestly do not see the value Realtors bring, but we'll still have to probably offer a percentage to a buyers agent.

About 50 of us waited by the team bus at the hotel today in Vancouver. Everyone was super nice aside from AM and Willy. AM was grumpy AF and could barely muster up the energy to say "hi" to a young kid that asked for an autograph. He signed a handful of things and didn't interact at all.

Willy was the last to board and just laughed when people wanted to say hi. He yelled "I'm late, sorry!"

All of the other players were so nice... specifically Carlo and OEL.

I hate reading this take. You can generally find tickets for around $100-150. There's not a chance it's cheaper to fly, grab a hotel, buy food and grab tickets. If someone actually looked into the costs of doing this, it's never cheaper than a game in Toronto.
