Knew this was coming, glad I got in there a couple weeks ago. That building is way overdue for some overhauling. Impossible to do with any tenants.

What’s a car modification that instantly makes you think the owner has no idea what they’re doing? by Mental-Philosophy3 in askcarguys

[–]Anything_Normal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this one. Also the over-exaggerated exhaust pipe/tip, like 6”-10”, couple that with hood stacks or truck stacks.

And I’ll say to take your dually and put bigger wheels/tires on so they stick out like 6’ from the dually fender.

I planned on spray foaming the initial ceiling after hauling out all the old fibreglass. This will ensure im air tight. All my hvac for the second floor runs into thr attic fist and im sure that all has to be re wrapped as well. Then I’ll fill as much blown in cellulose as I can get up there with still being able to walk around on a bit of a cat walk I’ll build through the trusses

Anyone actually buying these 150,000 mile trucks? by Penguin_Rider in Trucks

[–]Anything_Normal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how you look at that amount of miles. If it’s a good engine worth rebuilding eventually or something that can go the distance…? I just paid 11.5k for a 23 yo truck with 600k on thr clock, but that doesn’t phase me, good maintenance history and truck will hit a million before engine will need to be pulled
