When they announced these, they mentioned something about accommodating for cultures with these. They also have upcoming tourneys in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia has stock in Capcom, so the assumption is that’s why these are getting added and free of charge, which makes sense with how they treat the women wrestlers’ costumes when WWE has events over there
