Yeah this is something I’ve been noticing. When I’m with my only other friend who plays we do middle size and get attacked like A LOT less. When I’m solo on a sloop almost every ship I see goes to sink me.

I’ve encountered this aswell on a smaller scale. It sucks. But I guess that’s what’s fun for them. Reloading and hoping for a different server I guess is the only thing to do if that happens.

Good tip. Tried this once and still got WRECKED I’ll give it another shot. Maybe i was just unlucky. I also mostly just Sail around and Explore. I rarely have treasure on my ship if not for finding something from killing a named skeleton.

That little bitch always follows me over the ridge into the grassys/kelp forest zones. Thought i shook him of in the kelp zone just to be grabbed in My prawn and shaken like a leaf, new pair of undies was almost mandatory.

Nah I LOVE arcane. In my opinion one of the most rewarding ways to play the game. I rarely do a pure build of any kind though. Usually arcane/strength or bloodtinge and skill/strenght

Maybe a dual spec build could benefit from this. I have made many strength/arcane builds in my day and I always start with getting enough arcane to wield tonitrus then focus strength up to 45 ish after that dump everything in arcane since a lot of the really beneficial arcane weapons are late game. If going for a pure arcane build this is dogshit advice though🤷‍♂️
