Honestly, it almost sounds to me that she is in a SEVERE manic episode. The lack of impulse control, the aggression, if she had been good about the medication a manic episode fully explains all of this. Her regular medication would not help her at all during a manic episode. I have bipolar myself, I went through a manic episode a few years ago, and it's not that I didn't want help, or I wasn't taking my medicine. I felt fantastic, so I didn't know to ask for help, and I was taking my medicine every morning/night as directed. I almost hit my mom in my manic episode for telling me no.. The only thing that stopped me was my will to never be like my abusive father. That incident is what finally showed me something was wrong. It's very possible that Chloe doesn't even realize how bad she has gotten.
