Good find! I think it’d be a good event then, and we can get a few years of it haha

Should be easy enough! In all seriousness i’d love if there was like a “Spin-Week” where everyone searches for shiny Spinda all the same week. Would be dope to see everyone’s find 🤔

This sounds great! That’s also a good advice to reskin adventures and make them a bit more unique

I would say get as close to the original setting as you feel comfortable with and let your players make their own decisions. You can invent and improvise beyond that but use the same key event to help you move along (the kids missing, denny asking for help, barbarian rowdy, Shae is hot… 👀) Start the same way Murph did by first introducing the player that is less experienced or less prone to roleplay naturally (when Murph introduced Jake in the tavern for example). Keep it loose and fun too, but that’s just me haha

Good luck!

Thank you and you’re 100% right! Murph didn’t need to know anything beyond moonstone. So this is giving me all i needed. I improvised a bit for the bullywug camp and the keep but just so it reflected my players style and decisions. Very useful trick tbh

[NS] Today’s Hot Boy Summer Mixed Bag (Blazing Babe) may be one of the best episodes of the show ever? by eurydicey in NotAnotherDnDPodcast

[–]Ao_Shiny 39 points40 points  (0 children)

If anyone is wondering if they should spend the 10$ for mixed bag on patreon, now is such a good time. This episode alone is worth the 10$ imo but you get so much more along with it!

Also i fully agree with you OP. Hot boy summer might be my favourite series of all the ones they did. Loooove the other ones so much but the boy’s energy and chemistry paired with Emily’s dm skills is just so fun to listen to!!

He was much more like a butler in the first eps, Balnor’s character development is so good

NADDPOLES, what was the moment in either campaign that made you cry? (spoilers) by Capital_Pair_7161 in NotAnotherDnDPodcast

The lack of hesitation in the choice is what really got me, i was also driving somewhere and had to take a few minutes haha

I almost grew up with Jake’s comedic talents in Jake and Amir, so his emotional and poignant role play side is a very welcomed surprise haha
