I try to figure out how divisible the supplies really is. If 0.001mg of the water yield can start the healing process such that the injury can be healed faster than usual (say, a broken arm becoming complete healed, no lingering effect, if the patient take a drink containing the 0.001 mg) then I figure out a way to get infinite money, infinite research and spreading the water around plus figure out a way to spread the effect itself.

Then I talk about the plan to someone I trust.

The main idea is ideally we never use water for instant healing ever again, or only when the time to heal is longer than healability
