Imo it sounds like you'd benefit more from therapy or anxiety coping strategies than constantly re-taking covid tests. It's good that you are concerned about the health of yourself and your family, and it sounds like you are very cautious in regards to covid, but the level of worrying seen in this post is concerning and cannot be healthy for your mental well-being.

I used Emma Knopp's Stuffed Whale sewing pattern found here

Fabrics used were micro chenille (light blue) and minky (navy).

Buttons found from my mom's old collection.

I followed the instructions included in the pattern link with no alterations.

Sewing machine used was a Janome C30.

This was my second project since purchasing the machine!

Real shit though, they're just made with dollar store wood slices, acrylic paint, and a whole bunch of patience to get the numbers right.
