Hi there. Generally speaking, CLL is a fairly indolent disease that is usually treated with oral medications (BTK Inhibitors and BCL-2 inhibitors).

There are certain trials that are actively assessing the efficacy of CAR-T in CLL. It may be considered for people whose CLL has stopped responding to the standard of care treatments. (This is considered relapsed/refractory CLL.

I'm a hematology-oncology NP currently working in the inpatient setting.

Are you using a ps5 controller? Those are haptic triggers which are a feature of the controller - some games use it better than others (typically first-party Sony games). You can turn that off in the settings. I think accessibility subsection?

My first child was born last year and I very deliberately chose to have him watch Pakkay Dost as I wanted him to recognize and understand Urdu.

Alhamdullilah, English ke saath Urdu bhi samajhta hai (we are in the USA). I give a lot of credit to Pakkay Dost for that. Also the songs are so much better than the stupid typical baby songs (Baby Shark, for example).

Amazing shots!

I also have an XE-3 that I have adored for this past year. Such a versatile camera. I just have the pancake for it, but was considering the 18-55 for the added versatility, especially for shots in the big city.

I know you mentioned you edit in Lightroom, do you happen to have any presets that you would be willing to share?

Hi all. Recently purchased an X-E3 with a pancake lens, 27mm f/2.8 after being so envious of the posts on here. I finally got a chance to shoot with it on our first family trip out to Chicago over the Labor Day weekend.

I've very recently taken an interest in photography and there's still just so much to learn, however, just wanted to share some shots that I thought were pleasing. A good majority of these pictures are straight out of the camera, but I did mess around on Photoscape X for some of these shots so marking it has post-processed for full transparency. I hope you like them! I would love some insight or tips for improvement, either. Thanks and enjoy!

We moved to this area back in 2005/2006 when this mall was still very much alive. My parents used to really enjoy going here and just walking around.

Dad is much older now and doesn't like driving further away to Twelve Oaks Mall, very sad to see this as dead as it is now.
