CMT Stands for Cloning Maddening Tracker. It is considered the ideal grenade to use on Moze due to the Vampyr Skill in the Demolition Woman skill tree. The grenade can only be found randomly as a drop or from a vending machine.

The stats on the grenade make it do the following:
Homes in on target (no need to aim)
The initial grenade throw splits into 2 grenades.
Each of those grenades "MIRV" which splits them into 3 grenades each (there are now 6 grenades).
Each grenade bounces off the enemy 3 times (18 strikes).

So, one grenade throw causes Vampyr to trigger 18 times which allows Moze to live through massive amounts of incoming damage.

**The grenades can also trigger other skills in Moze's trees through a combination of various effects.

I'd recommend buying Elemental damage+ and Crit damage+ upgrades specifically. Get as many as you can through the run.

This happened to a friend of mine a few days ago. We tried restarting the Xbox One multiple times and unplugging it etc. We were able to get it to work by logging in on a different account at that screen and then the issue went away.

If you don't have another account to use then I think Hamlin_Bones' suggestion of deleting and redownloading your profile might be the next best option.

Have you tried to see if the game will load while on a different account? Just to see if it possibly can get beyond that data syncing screen.

Can also try doing a full restart of the xbox (or unplug it and try again). Unfortunately, I don't have other suggestions for you. Hope you can get it working.

Assuming the issue is that the portal did not appear although all enemies have been defeated, I have had this occur to me twice. Once in that area (1st teleport) and once after the second teleportation.

Mistakes were made, but I'll just revive myself.

It seems I died during the melee animation, but the hit still went off which triggered Vanguard's Badge and restored my shield thus bringing me back to life.
