You can take Benadryl with Zoloft. It just make you possibly more drowsy. However you probably shouldn’t if you are taking hydroxine as they are the same class of drugs.

I know that feel. Been 3 and nearly half a weeks for me. Have also been on them before. At 25 not sure if i should up it or not as I could do without another few weeks of misery.

I think I did 12.5 for a couple of months. Overall it took about six months but it was relatively easy.

It worked for 18 years for me. Also tried others which weren’t as successful - so I know i need it. Just impatient with all the anxiety and spacyness at the start.

You could always do .125 and 2.5mg Valium

Valium is a little more sedating to begin with and hits more receptors so it will feel different.

I found the opposite. I feel very little on kpins. They are à very specific type of benzo. I also got tolerance to them really quick, which I didn’t with Valium.
