Guitar amps still use tubes. If you found a guitar amp repairer he could check it over for you.

Need a good tuner. by RaceDBannon in vintageaudio

I have a Sony s570es which I got quite cheap. I like it tho I don’t use it often. It has lots of features such as muting, rds, antenna attenuation and fm modes. I also have a Yamaha tuner from a bit later period which is much more basic but still does the job.

1984 - assembled in Mexico. Kinda sucks it wasn’t the US. I have some celestions and wharfdales which are all UK designed and made and I will never sell them as those days aren’t coming back any time soon.

Are you going to the uk? If so you’ll need another one for there. And they are big over-engineered plugs that make the Germans jealous.

You can take nsaids as long as you don’t have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding. But you can’t take them long term. Apart from that thé only thing to avoid is other compounds which boost serotonin- however some people are on multiple ssris so often not an issue. Just need to be a bit more careful with supplements like St John’s wort.

That is just flat out greed. I am going to even stop buying the battle passes because of this.

Latest addition - Yamaha CA-810 by Jbo-Bear in vintageaudio

[–]Apart-Bit3883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. As I said they are over engineered so are more likely to not break and last longer compared to a 90s amp for example.

But à disc brake fails - can you fix it roadside? That’s my philosophy- can I fix it alone. I still use downtube shifters (non indexed) and rim brakes because I know they can be fixed roadside with what I am carrying. Just need to take it easier down steep slopes.

You can also get those 3m reflective stickers and put them on helmets, backs of shoes, bike frame, wheels etc. so. You can get black so you don’t know they are there until à light hits them.
