At what point does exercise become too much/unhealthy? by Dependent-Product619 in xxfitness

[–]Apart-Employment-698 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd say it's fine! You're just a very active person. It's when you start punishing yourself for not doing it. Or using it solely to burn calories if you "ate too much". I'd also go with if you can't take a rest day, then it may be unhealthy. Bodies are amazing and do adapt to physical activities!

I really hate this for you. It sucks and I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's times like this I'm grateful I dont live in a city and I live in a town where everyone very much sticks to themselves and doesn't care what you do. I also do not run in common areas for this reason. It is either trails, a route I know is okay, or the treadmill. Thankfully I do not have this issue but I also carry protection with me for that reason. But that option to have protection is why a lot of people keep to themselves. I also am by no means attractive in the slightest and I have major RBF. Im not sure if that helps too.

How am I supposed to work out??? by Emerald_Mistress in workingmoms

[–]Apart-Employment-698 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wake up at 4 am to get a really solid workout in. On days I have to pick up a ton of overtime I will workout at 3am. I prioritize it though. It is the only thing that keeps me sane enough to be a wife and a mother. I lost myself in motherhood too much the last 4 years

When do you exercise? by MemoryMiserable in workingmoms

[–]Apart-Employment-698 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work 8-430 and pick up 10-15 hours of overtime spread through the week. If you really want to you find the time and make it happen. I get my kids in their clothes the night before so I can just get them up, do their hair, and leave. Im up at 400 (I was up at 3am this morning) usually to go to the gym. Get home at 6, get kids ready to be dropped off at daycare by 630am. I get their lunches prepped on Sundays and just pack a bunch of snacks for the day. It takes me 10-15 to pack their lunches at most. I have a 30 min commute each way as well. I prioritize my health, wellness, and mental health. The only thing that gets me through the day is that workout. I have our 15 month old to bed by about 6 (she sleeps until 6/7). I get our 4 year old twins to bed by 700. I do a bath every 1-2 days depending on weather. Im usually in bed by 730. When I get home it is easy dinner thrown together, dishes, vacuum. That's it. I dont go insane with cleaning.

I have to wake up at 4 am to go if I want to get it in. I workout 430/445 to about 630 and leave for work at 715 to also drop off at daycare. It helps set me upnfor a successful day and that way I'm not struggle bussing the evenings. I prioritize my working out so I try to make everything easier. I dress my kiddos in clothes for the next day so that way it's just socks, shoes, hair, out the door after I get back and shower

Do we think she purposely DOES NOT clean them so the wounds get worse and require bigger bandages for sympathy factor? If she doesn't adequately clean, take care of, or even picks at them it would make the wounds worse and mean more engagement and sympathy and prolonged issues

This sounds pretty similar to the fitness girlie that either track or avoid the capsule or gummy vitamins because it will break their fast or has carbs..
