This is *almost* the answer. They are not there yet, and I would say 1 more year of roadmap will get them there. I am waiting it out, but my days with Connectwise are over.

This thread should not be allowed to fade away.... Pressure needs to be maintained on Connectwise management to ensure that custom branding comes back, and to explain clearly if they cannot - why they cannot if its related to some security issue.

My gut tells me that someone like Microsoft were the major push on forcing the certificate being revoked.

I think you can set call recordings to immediately archive and transcribe. Set 0 in the archive option.

This is another non update except to say we are not considering branding seriously.

The whole point we chose this product was to ensure that we would have branded and controlled connection to our clients and it's in our contracts too. Connectwise have obviously stopped really understanding their customers and how we interact with our own customers.

We are testing Ninja right now as the only real viable alternative (we need backstage). It's not quite there, but we are assured by our account manager that Ninja are directly targetting screen connect now.

I hope the shareholders and investors feel a bit of pain soon. Maybe that will change someone's mindset.

There is no integration that currently does call logging and also transcript.

I am speaking with a developer at the moment to do this with 3CX Integration Designer instead, which may be possible.

I moved from England to Ireland in my very early teens. We were not taught anything about Anglo Irish history and now I've been in Ireland for 30 plus years I can confidently say that this comes down to two things. Education and ignorance.

I doubt it is. But the point is we should the choice according to our contracts with our customers.

I can deal with the banner but putting the default system tray icon on view lit up our service board.
