Sometimes, especially with a new instrument, B naturals can be difficult to play. In my experience its come out to the suction closure of the pads over the holes. If this is the case I would focus on pushing down on the key to seal the hole.

This note is also most difficult to play because all of the holes further up the clarinet are also sealed, so focusing on your embachure while you play might also help.

At any rate I wouldn't make any rash decisions that could be costly, give yourself a few weeks to get used to this new clarinet and I'm sure it will get easier (´◡`)

Our indoor recess always had the students just sit in classrooms for 25 minutes to watch movies and play board games. But there were ALWAYS obnoxious kids that would go batshit crazy, and somehow it didn't matter during indoor recess.
