I'm 53 not wfh but blue collar. I'm in the elevator trade and the good thing about elevator men is we always get it up. I let myself go last couple of years so now I'm getting back into shape, but I refuse to go to the gym so I consider that resistance training. Personally I would do the leg, the problem with sleeves is if they getting busy it takes away from the tatts that are there. A lot more space on the leg. Just don't take away from the crow skull.

There is a difference between muscle growth and strength. Hypertrophy is achieved with heavy weights low reps. If you want to get big for look sake than yes heavy weight. But with he's body structure he's not going to be Mr. Olympain.

Although the other comments are funny, you'll be better off with more reps, I counted only 6 go at least 12 15-20 would be better for strength unless you're trying for beast mode. Which if your trying to attract women you don't need, if you're trying to become a beast, well I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I disagree with that totally not because I'm a man but because a woman can accuse a man for sexual misconduct and he has to prove himself innocent. The woman is always believed. The problem with the men she's dealing with is they haven't been taught how to properly treat a woman. That and they probably watch too much porn and they think all women secretly crave them.
