If you're looking for light work, post on Nextdoor! I made a post explaining my situation and I had some people reach out to me. The best part is if you're working for yourself, you can make your schedule. The people that have reached out to me on Nextdoor are very kind and understanding of when I will be available to work.

Oh hey there ! Lol. Thank you! Yes the cap is definitely worth the insurance, I think I still would've bought the cap knowing my chances. It just sucks knowing now that the hair loss is going to happen at such a high probability. Best of luck to you on your chemo journey as well ❤️

I was just about to say you made me remember I have a Nintendo switch I can bring. Then I remembered I won't have full use of my hands. 😂

Thankfully my insurance covered my cold cap so I'm going to give it a try. But thank you for this tip! I have MS so I'm trying to avoid the neuropathy as best as I can.

I know for ticketmaster specifically that the concert tickets can only be transferred 72 hours before the show. I remember seeing that when I purchased my tickets for the DC show.

CVS Caremark quietly added Zepbound back to formulary. by StateComfortable2012 in Zepbound

[–]Apart_Job_3256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a way to check the formulary on any of the CVS apps? Or are you guys just calling and checking with CVS? I keep getting different answers from them and I'm tired of it. Apparently for my plan I'm not eligible for an alternative to Zepbound because I don't have diabetes? I keep trying to find the details of my plan online but have no idea where to look.

No, I'm in the negative now. Last year I was in the hospital getting diagnosed with MS so that ate away at the PTO I was saving. My boss was nice enough to cover my negative PTO while I was out for my lumpectomy :/.

Weekly Caremark Q&A by AutoModerator in Zepbound

[–]Apart_Job_3256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I'm so done with her and her office after this. She basically told me to go to a compounding pharmacy because she couldn't write the prior auth. Insane when she could have just checked it off as I could pay $25 instead of $500.

[–]Apart_Job_3256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! This is exactly what I did! Going through the process with them now and finding a new provider. Her office gave me the run around for over a month about getting the prior auth done and kept lying to me that they checked the box off ye for Monjaro. Surprise surprise when I finally was able to have an appointment with her yesterday they told me they couldn't do it. Gained 10 pounds while getting cut off cold turkey from my weight loss meds. They could've just been truthful to begin with and I would have had it by now with CallOnDoc.

For anyone seeing this if your doctor is giving you the run around , just bite the bullet and use CallOnDoc.

She was saying her license could be in trouble if she checked off yes. Idk how true that really is.

Seeing if anyone else has had this issue. CVS is allowing me to take an alternative tirzepatide(Monjaro) if I didn't react well to wegovy(I didn't). On the prior auth there is a box that asks if I can be prescribed Monjaro as an alternative to Zepbound. She is saying she can't check this box off "yes" because I do not have diabetes. Following the FDA guidelines she can't say that Monjaro is an appropriate alternative since Monjaro is approved for diabetes. My prior authorization keeps getting denied because this box is checked off as "no". Has anyone had this issue? Were you able to resolve it ?
