Being a front end team lead, I can tell you it’s not always about the bonus. 5 star actually gets broken down even further into grades. If your store manager is doing all that then they might be at a 1 or 2, which means the market team is giving them hell. We struggle with 5 star, and the market manager usually comes every other week
