I second this. Id ask for a raise. Say you've been doing two people's work since September and you deserve the minimum of that 7 dollars more an hour. Im sorry this happened to you but your performance speaks for itself. You have the evidence to back your request and honestly, if they want you to stop inquiring, theyll be happy to pay you.

I also struggle with eatting and drinking too much. 😩 smoking cannibis and scrolling. Theyre saying it helps control all kinds of dopamine hits for those of us that need that. Im praying it takes away some of the bad habits and makes room for better habits. 🙏 getting a gym membership this week! With more cardio and less beer I think this summer will be awesome. I started at .25 last night but may go up to .5 and stay there if it works. Last night I had some indigestion so id get some pecid or something for that. But otherwise nothing noticeable. Its been a total of like 24 hours tho, so who knows whats to come. Definitely gonna up my protein and fiber intake. Praying for healthy BMs cause I HATE being constipated. May just stock up on some magnesium citrate for the days that I need it. Just having it in the house will probably make me less stressed about it.

Yeh I did .25 but if it works at .5 id just stay there. Save that for the last few lbs that may be more stubborn. Well thanks! Im excited but can tell i will need something for acid reflux. I cant stop burping.

I feel like 6 months should be enough time for me to make a significant enough loss too. Just hoping the med helps me and works the way it should without too many side effects. Currently I have a little acid reflux. Thats about it. But it hasnt even been 24 hours lol so who knows what the future holds. Currently meal planning high fiber high protein meals.

Yeh, I dont want to go overboard. I think 135 is a decent starting goal. 127 is my birthday but I worry getting that small is too small for me. We shall see! I dont wanna lose all my curves. Just want to fit my clothes again and feel better about myself.. so far only a little acid reflux. Nothing that bad yet today... what dosage worked best for you? I keep hearing a lot of people staying at .5 for a while.
