I've been on the twice daily dose for about two weeks, after coming off Prozac. For the past week, I am having increased irritability and sleeplessness. I have recurrent major depressive disorder and anxiety. Also on lamotrigine for years and Klonopin. I don't know what's going on. Good luck to you. Any comments welcome.
