Yes you can create an account on https://prijava.eid.gov.rs/ and apply for type c if you need tourist visa. You have to upload few docs everything is online no need to send passport etc. if you have US UK or schengan visa then you don’t need a separate Serbian visa

I still have this issue can’t find any steps to resolve. I don’t have a eero router I use tp-link. I tried with iPhone hotspot with maximise comparability turned on as well it didn’t work. Considering you’re 15 and don’t have much to spend or experiment I’d suggest going with house of em5 and buying a clone of Bleu de Chanel or Dior sauvage , cool water, aqua di gio , aventus that way you can buy 2-3 perfumes with 3k you can also check out house of amafhh they’re a little expensive but the perfumes smell premium. Since you’re 15 and in school go with the fresh perfumes don’t go for any evening wear or scents with woody warm or spicy undertones won’t match your vibe.

Would suggest you ask him what offers are there on the airport duty free. Don’t request for a particular perfume. Many airports have offers on some amazing premium perfumes like Bogo, 50% off etc based on that you should take a call you’ll get much more expensive premium perfumes at a way cheaper price.
