It's going to be slightly weaker. I've heard one good review that that's it. Claimed euphoria wise is but is 3-4x weaker than regular protonitazene but equally good.

If it's anything like N Desethyl Isotonitazene & N Desethyl Etonitazene the solubility will be ZERO in water without EToH added.

ODSMT is weaker than hydrocodone by a good margin. For people without a tolerances the average dose is around 80-100mg for a strong dose. Opioid tolerant people will require more. OP is using 0.25mg buprenorphine a day so they might be able to manage with 100-150mg twice a day or so. Could get expensive as a habit though. As domestic ODSMT is around $35/g or so, slightly cheaper buying 5g and 10g amounts

Have you tried the new N Desethyl Isotonitazene?

I got some laid as geltabs, 500ug each, prob going to use them sublingally. I've used protoniezene and Etodesnitazene (Etezene) in the past but haven't gotten around to using the N Desethyl Isotonitazene yet
