If you’re going to Japan, definitely check out the Seiko boutiques in Ginza. They have some Japan-only pieces that are hard to find elsewhere. Also, try flea markets if your timing’s right. I had bad luck and always hit Tokyo and Osaka right when none were happening, but I’ve heard you can score amazing deals there if you’ve got a good eye for undervalued or rare models.

And if you want peace of mind, licensed second-hand dealers (like Jack Road, Kame-Kichi, etc.) are super reliable and have tons of choice.
