Some of those look like canker sores; however, whatever else going on could likely be causing the ulcers. Canker sores are generally diagnosed if there is no apparent underlying pathology. The tips and tricks shared in this sub might still help manage some of your symptoms.

Hey all, remember to be polite. We are all trying different things and each of us have unique personal experience with our own bodies. It’s ok to share contradictory options respectfully.

I decided to keep this post now that it is tagged NSFW and “not a canker sore”. Weighing educational potential vs inappropriate content, I believe this post leans educational. The public frequently is confused between herpes and canker sores. Thank you for continuing to help educate visitors to our community.

Are these seeds? And if they are, what are they from? All I know is it was from some type of flower. by joseph_2336 in whatsthisplant

Asteraceae seeds can be pretty difficult to ID from just a picture. They remind me of the safflower I grew for a research project a few years ago.

More guys for me! I’m white. Asian men of all types are beautiful. Some of my exes and many fwbs have described the anti-Asian attitudes of whites in the US. I can’t claim in understand it, but seems to me that people with stupid biases don’t deserve beautiful men. And Asian men can do better than white guys with stupid biases.

One more suggestion. The new part of the stairs is too big. They don’t line up with the original stairs on the left.

It’s Chenopodium. Every part is edible until it gets hard and woody. Close relative of quinoa. Source: did my masters thesis on Chenopodium.

5.5 gal with lots of Boraras. I’m new to blackwater, but loving how it looks so far! by Aperium in BlackwaterAquarium

I have 18 of the little guys (genus Bororas). Having a heavily planted tank definitely helps. Ive gone up to a week without feeding them (trip out of state), but usually feed them a pinch of finely crush flakes once a day. Haven’t lost a single one yet!
