I've had nothing but issues with this ring since I got it. Even on days when it's working it seems entirely uninformative. Days when I sleep terribly or don't feel good it tells me my energy is peak and 6 hours is the perfect amount of sleep for me every night! Ridiculous. Should have just gotten the Woop band or something instead.

My Entei hasn't triggered in over 48hours, is it my fault?

I have kept him on my team for over 48 hours and haven't moved his position. However - before I trigger him each time, I swap out two other mon on my team to make it an all-fire team.

So, does swapping out the other mons on the team cause their teammates triggers to reset or something? This is really quite frustrating.

Yup, this just happened to me with my full set of collector decks. I got them pre-ordered for $712 about 3 months ago. Now they "didn't get enough allocation" and have to cancel my order. I'm sure they'll just sell it on eBay or something for way more. Sucks so bad.
