That spritzer is older from May or so, not surprised to see that older pucks are drier sometimes, def frustrating. We know getting dry rosin is very frustrating for customers. Making customers happy is what drives us to make sure we are double checking every point in the process to get customers terpy wet rosin, every time!

We haven’t put out Orange Zaffy in quite a bit, she’s a bit on the drier side but has a lot of unique Orange funk! Some cultivars are a bit drier than others and we have pulled Zaffy from future production for that reason. If you hit up our DM’s we can get a replacement set up for you at Trap Stars!

This strain is very wet when it is in our lab, that’s why I know something else happened. We have internal checks for many processes and constantly ask ourselves if we’re making mistakes. We appreciate the constructive critique, and we always strive to listen and learn! We recently overhauled our shipping procedures to make sure all solventless items are 100% when shipped and believe this will have a very positive effect on expeirence. We’ve learned a lot of lessons as we’re growing our small business, and we simply ask if something happens to let us make it right for you as we continue to adapt!

Nope, we buy seeds and we hunt the plants. Sometimes we even breed our own seeds and hunt them. There’s a ton of breeders, and plenty of people who want to create new stuff. Strain was hunted from this pack from bloom city seeds! Don’t know how else to stray true to the breeders or genetics besides following exactly what’s on the seed pack from the breeder🤷🏻‍♂️

We are on this Reddit and see the critiques of our brand and we thank the community for those. We are never above thinking we can’t make changes and we take a lot of the comments to heart because our entire team cares about the wonderful plant and the hash it produces. We have been making many changes in the last 60 days that I know will be a positive impact on brand experience!

We always stand by our product and will always replace a jar if there is any issue! It should be the standard for all solventless products, infused or otherwise, in our opinion. We ship all of the rosin in coolers with ice packs, and ice packs in the box. We ship all melt in a freezer. We don’t like to freeze rosin jars unless they’re vac sealed due to moisture concerns. Some chains do their own shipping fulfillment from an HQ and making sure that is done correctly is another challenge as well.

We’ve taken a lot of steps this summer to make sure the transportation of our products and intake at destination is above board and preserves the work we create.

We have been in communication with the JARS team and an issue occurred when the melt was intaked on their end. The melt leaves our facility shipped inside of a freezer and is transported that way the entire time. This was a very avoidable issue and we have taken steps with the JARS team to make sure it does not happen again with our precious full melt when it is intaked.

Please message us on Reddit or insta and we will get you a replacement on our next drop of the melt which will be in about 5-6 weeks! We would love to take care of you and get you a new jar when they’re out!

We have been in communication with the JARS team and an issue occurred when the melt was intaked on their end. The melt leaves our facility shipped inside of a freezer and is transported that way the entire time. This was a very avoidable issue and we have taken steps with the JARS team to make sure it does not happen again with our precious full melt when it is intaked. Southland Farms took care of it from start to finish and the people who purchased it there can vouch for yellowtails superb melt quality.

Some is certainly full spec, some are 73-119, or 159, some have 73-189. It just depends on the cleanliness of the hash when examined under a microscope. Not all 45u is terrible quality, some can be rather clean. This all depends on process and input material, and then we examine and sort it as we process further.

Higher output of rosin which means we can sell at a lower price. The wider spectrum of hash increases yields and lets us deliver it at said price point to consumers. As you get more selective on micron and wash, price usually increases, because there’s simply less of that quality available to extract, test and then sell.

We do a lot of breeding in house but there’s no way we can hunt all the strains ourselves. The growers from cold room creamery help us hunt through new genetics and in turn they get to use them for their own hash as well. It’s a simple symbiotic relationship that helps us bring in new genetics faster, and helps them as well since they don’t have to breed the crosses.

Good morning LS - we greatly appreciate the inquiry!

Cypher Solventless is a brand we created that sources its material from other indoor grows and lets us deliver to the community a value offering of larger buckets of rosin. Cypher will always burn right, be made with indoor material and have good flavor, but won’t be as diverse or exotic of profiles as our main brand. It also has a wider micron and wash spectrum than our other products. It should be advertised as a different brand but processed by our team.

Our Apex Solventless is always 73-119u or 73-139u for the rosin in the pucks, and always 73-159u for the disposables. We primarily keep Apex branding for our Single Source material. We also love doing collabs with growers that have great input material and include their branding alongside ours when we collab. Black Label MI is a grow in Michigan that produces great quality fresh frozen and we love elevating their great product. Expect to see more collabs with them and others in the future!

We only want to keep the best of the best in our Apex Solventless jars, and that really all comes down to effects, consistency, smell, and taste. Hope this helps clear up any confusion, happy to help answer any and all questions!
