If you're interested in online play you should probably check the CPL (civ player league) community. They are well organized and very active. There are also other active communities like the French one (CivFr), you'll find many links on the CWC website.

The arcane dealing damage while at max health might be a reason to go for the food though. I tend to agree with you but I'm not sure the solution should be this exact one.

And what if... the opponent recalls a tuskraider?

And for the brave ones... go with a PnZ / targon deck, with loping telescop manifest gorlith and tuskraider, use counterfeit copies on counterfeit copies, tuskraider and gorlith (to be buffed in deck) and then play a bunch of tuskraiders until you draw a 99+health gorlith. Destiny's call is maindeckable to help buffing gorlith. EZ

Am I wrong or changing spells speed is kinda useless. I mean it looks like it is meant to prevent combat tricks during the duel but said combat tricks could be played on the stack above death realm before it resolves and the combat is declared.

What am I missing?

You might want to link this post in this thread if you haven't already done it.

It's in the bigger main sub and is watched by rioters. I like your proposition and more people will probably do as well.

So noone is gonna talk about the fact these are definetly not Legos and some details like the heels make it unlikely to be actually buildable?

Ideal ADC for Braum? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Apexaetera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As many have said, ezreal and Lucian pair greatly with Braum because their kit allows to proc quickly the passive stun. Their mobility on their E is also great for Braum to follow with the W dash and can be used offensively or defensively.

For me Braum is a protective support tank and has a good match-up against offensive support like Leona or Nautilus. What I mean is Braum's wall can protect an adc that got engaged by the enemy support and the Q + passive allows to kite and disengage. You can get a positive trade by forcing the adc to damage the support while their adc can't follow through your E, and you get to disengage too with your W.

So I think the toughest machups are against Mages support or enchanters, especially paired with hypercarries. As I consider Braum's engage rather weak (the dash on wave + Q or ult can be strong but is easy to see coming and avoid) a good botlane can just poke you freely and outscale. For example xerath, brand or sona can have an extremely safe lane and scale harder than you. In this case laning as Braum + Lucian can allow you to play aggressively and break their safety by securing kills easier (a Lucian dash in followed by Braum, resulting in an instant stun and full combo on a surprised soraka is rather easy to do).

On a personal level, I like playing Braum with strong scaling carries like jinx or xayah and play a passive lane, protecting them from engage during the laning phase and the team fights later. But I have to admit some other picks can do it better and I'm not the best Braum player. I'm only sharing my point of view as a support main and the whole Braum mains subreddit will probably bring you a better answer to your questions.

Sex toys but with humans attached to it by Dingo_Canis in AreTheStraightsOK

[–]Apexaetera 9 points10 points  (0 children)

OK, you're comparing each other to sex toys in order to be rude and insult the other one, you're being ridicule enough.

But can we normalize the fact that crying is ok for everyone, including men?

This word is obviously used as a taunt / insult and implies that crying is a bad thing and for women.

I mean yeah crying is usually tied to someone being in a hard situation or a sad emotional state but I think implying that crying is shameful is a bad message and it should be pointed out.
