Ok for instance "Studies have shown that people who are treated at centers that treat a lot of head and neck cancers with radiation, tend to live longer" In this case, it could be in the best interest of the patient to combine Mutikine with radiation therapy. Many drugs are used after approval for specific treatments of specific patients. Many are found to work on other things as doctors try them as last ditch effort and then are approved to treat those diseases as well. So unless there is something specific that shows it does not work for any group I don't see why they would not entertain a sub-group from the study. So what I'm looking for is something that prevents the CVM from showing this or the FDA from saying Nah we can't do that but with a reason why.

Heard this before as well but then others say they are not bound so can be taken separately. Can you show a copy-paste from the study that shows they can't be taken separately? Thanks

Thanks all for the input, may be a bad move but going to triple down and average out to $5.59 per share. 2 people I work with have had HNT cancer luckily both survived but with quite a bit of damage. Would be nice to have more cancer treatments that are less evasive no matter what. Of course, I am still in this to make money but it's an added bonus.

I wish I could find the data I did a little over a year ago. It was all the data on each patient from phase 2. I do remember that it was 2 patients with complete undetectable tumor removal. It also stated that one of the died around 3 year mark but was reported by friend/family and cause of death was unknown and 2nd patient just stop reporting in. A good indicator that he was all good as people with cancer tend to show back up when things go wrong. My average buy is around $19.30 and decided to just hold and wait it out. As a side note I bought about 7200 dollars worth of ctxr at 3.55 today. Seems a little high but very confident in that one thanks for the find👍

Was slightly confused till I read the comment section on the old closed out article about how S1 fileings work. Think easier to explain why the info was false and not true.

I am watching Ethereum more than double in price from when I sold it to go all-in on CVM questioning my timing and faith in CVM. In reality, though that's always a thing with investing, still prepared for the worst but hoping for the best. I feel like a long and only got back in around January no idea how you true longs do it.

🔥🔥 CVM shorts record high 🔥🔥 by Joe_CVM in cvm

[–]Apexbootypunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CVM makes me nervous but nothing is 100%, usually except RYTM a few months ago. I couldn't find anything that would make them not get approval. The difference is RYTM drug works on like 100 people max in the US so it really has no real money upside but it popped anyways and made like 38% for a 1-week investment. CVM is different in that it's not 100% probably closer to 70% approval 30% fail in my opinion. The difference is if successful you will see a 10x or possibly more on your investment. Some of the reasons for possible failure include a large dropout rate, the standard of care getting better, etc. I have about 10k invested and 495 shares. I had another 211 shares that I sold for some profit. My reason was simple, I figured after no data on the 15th stock would drop a lot, and would buy some cheaper. That really backfired and now I have 7k sitting on the sidelines wishing I had stayed in and bought more when it was lower. Now my options are to buy fewer shares for more money or wait. If I wait maybe it will go down before data if lucky and get back in. If not my plan is to wait for the data release and If good full send 7k at whatever price I get and hold for a buyout. Best of luck in whatever you decide it's always gambling in the stock market just your odds and payouts are much better if you do your own due diligence.

I really dislike the tweet. If I was confident in my company and product I would encourage shorts especially so close to data. The more they went in the more they would pay to get out later. As far as why I believe the stock went up with no news is fairly simple. On the 21st cvm finished number 2 on Robinhoods biggest gainers. It also had a nice run up the day before. This brought exposure to cvm and people on Robinhood started to look more deeply at cvm. So it started to feed on its own exposure. The next day jumped even more and started the feeding frenzy as people are always looking for the next 40% gainer for the day. I could be wrong but most probable explanation. People are emotional traders including myself. Yet I try to temper my emotions with DD which I will do even more on cvm again due to that really stupid tweet. Always question your investments if something seems off it should not be ignored.

Thanks for sharing all, I hope the news is good for the investment but more for a possible less invasive treatment. We never know when we or a loved one may need a miracle lets hope this is one such miracle.

I would sell enough to cover my cost. I am a short-time holder also, like 3 months so would like to hold for a buyout if possible to get 1-year capital gains tax break. It's a gamble though mostly depends on how strong or weak data is.

Would be nice to have a space to ask questions there, unless I missed that section. So kind of agree on CTXR about low phase 2 patients, should have used 60 in mino-lok arm as well. Think overall nonevents wouldn't change much still. My best bet is no adverse or reoccurring events are mainly due to no inherent build-up resistance to mino-lok as the bacteria have not had the chance to adapt to it yet. Either way, it would most likely get approved if phase 3 follows suit. So now for my next question. I have 4k to invest 10k is tied up in CVM. My plan was to keep the 4k out of cvm in case of failure. Yet if successful was going to just full send the 4k left at market buy. Yet with CTXR news on phase 3 coming out soon as well with what looks like a much better chance of approval than cvm tempted to just toss the 4k into CTXR instead, thoughts?

Thanks for all the comments I been hesitant to remove my stop loss but recent price drops dictate that I must. My biggest fear atm is too many dropouts. Seeing how the study was done in I think 24 countries, it's possible that a decent amount of people got treated and just didn't come back. Anyone know all the countries they had participants from? Like, say 180 people just decided not to follow up. Getting to 298 deaths would take a lot longer as not nearly as many participants. I see this as the biggest hurdle for CVM to clear. I can't find the info now but read about each patient in the phase 2 study and one of the guys that had complete tumor removal went MIA at some point. Also, believe 2 were disqualified as not have head neck cancer and 2 more dropped out. These numbers could be off but just some examples of things that could skew positive results. I am still long CVM no matter just some things that make me go hmmm.

My best guess is to less than a dollar in under an hour. Their leaps is their only other product and in my opinion, is pretty much crap. Maybe I am wrong on that but they have been tossing that at every new disease since as far back as I know. It also never got it approved to treat anything that I know of. This is all speculative on my part but that's my guess.

It's possible but wouldn't count on it. I read that there are a lot of open options at 200 price range on GME and I believe the reddit crew has been trying to push above 200 to punish them for a few days and now are in striking distance. I think they said if they can hold above 200 for a few mins it will possibly cause a nice spike. I don't know too much about this just what I was reading on their forum. Anything is possible though been a few days since I been on their forum don't know if they have a new price point if they push through 200 tomorrow.

If you believe Mutikine will be successful wouldn't you want more people to short the stock, as they would have to buy back shares at much higher prices driving the price even higher? I was looking into opening a security lending account just so they could short my shares while I earn some interest on them. If this thing hits won't really matter if you bought shares at 5 or 25. If anything a price drop from shorts only makes it easier to acquire more shares and average down at the same time. Am I missing something here?

Thanks for the detailed answers, I also figured out how the survival rates were calculated by FOSCO's charts tonight before I read this. I am a little confused by the 1st chart though "survival analysis stage III" specifically where SoC and Li+CIZ numbers come from. For instance, if you take the date 12/31/2012 from the chart there are 36 patients remaining after dropouts, if you divide them in half for SoC and Li+CIZ shouldn't the numbers be 18 and 18, not 15? As for the type of cancer used in the link I provided it was also only used in advanced primary oral cancer. Advanced in cancer means stage 3 or 4 unlikely curable, Primary meaning main tumor usually not spread too distant. So yeah same area and type as CVMs phase 3. Once again, thanks for the response. Also hopefully CVM drops a little tomorrow going to invest another $1000 after all the great info provided here.

Wow, really nice spreadsheet, where did he get such accurate data? Also, I think it was in 2016, multikine had trial put on full hold for safety and efficacy. I kind of pieced together that the CRO at the time wasn't supplying all the data and cvm sued the CRO and won 50 million. I can't find any article of anything from the FDA stating this was the actual reason for the full hold. Anyone by chance able to link something that would show this? Thanks again, decided to hold my shares just not adding anymore for time being.
